(私たちは自然環境を守ろうという考えで一致しています)

 

🔴  Your positive attitude made all the difference.

(君のポジティブな態度が状況を一変させたんだよ)

(知識が大きな違いをもたらすのです)

 

🔴  In a multicultural environment, it is dangerous to rely only on the appearance of things the other person does and says to make judgments.

(異文化環境では、目に見える相手の行動や話し方だけに頼って判断することは危険です)

 

🔵  It’s like navigating a ship while only looking at the part of an iceberg that is above the water.

(それは水面上の氷山だけを見て航海をするようなものです)

 

 


 

🔴  Westerners try to keep in mind that when communicating with another person in business and other situations, one should try to talk with as relaxed and casual an attitude as possible in order to increase the trust in one’s relationships with others.

(欧米の人は、ビジネスなどで相手とコミュニケーションをしようとする時、できるだけリラックスし、カジュアルな姿勢で話し合うことでより相手との信頼関係を強くしようと心がけます。)

 

🔵  American executives sometimes put their feet on their desks while wearing shoes, and put both their hands behind their heads when they talk to their staff members.

(アメリカ人の重役などは、時に机の上に靴を履いたまま足を置いて、両手を後ろ頭に組んで部下と話し合ったりします。)

 

🔴  However, these good intentions don’t come across to Japanese people.

(しかしながら、この善意は日本人には通じません。)
